Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2014 V20 Fixed

I make movies, using MEP2015 and/or VPX6, with voice, music, and background audio. I would like to edit, clean-up, and optimize the final movie audio track in Magix Audio & Music Lab 2014. I assume that I first need to export the audio.(?) What is the best format, in both directions, for maintaining highest quality?
